Tuppenny Barn Feasibility Study

Ruth Butler has completed a Feasibility Study for Tuppenny Barn in Hampshire, a Children’s Education Centre and Outdoor Classroom.  Located on a small organic smallholding, its main charitable objective is to teach kids and the local community about healthy eating, sustainability and the environment.

The Tuppenny Barn hosts school trips and community activities, including an organic shop, concerts and weddings, in an iconic eco rotunda barn.

Ruth Butler has designed new facilities to support the future growth of Tuppenny Barn – to help meet community demand and reach their target of 2,000 school children visiting each year.  The project includes input from students at Portsmouth Business School (University of Portsmouth), to deliver a sustainable business plan.
