This deep energy retrofit case study, published by the Passivhaus Trust, demonstrates you need not sacrifice your much-loved home for modern levels of comfort with EnerPHit.  After a seven-month build programme, the completed home was certified to Passivhaus EnerPHit standard.   Post occupancy data shows space heating reductions of 75%.  Retrofit works included significant interior remodelling to create new contemporary living spaces with good connections to outdoors for these keen gardeners.
